How to cancel

  • By phone (Vodacom) Dial *135*997# from your Vodacom phone and follow the prompts to manage your content services.
  • By email Email support@mobixone.co.za and our team will cancel for you.

Once your Picklesmash subscription has been cancelled, you will no longer be billed for Picklesmash.

Refunds & billing queries

Charged incorrectly, or cancelled but still billed? Contact Picklesmash Customer Care with your Vodacom number, the charge date and amount, and a short note.

Requests are reviewed against your subscription status, billing history, cancellation date and applicable Vodacom billing records. If a refund is approved, it is processed through the applicable billing or operator process.

Picklesmash is a R10/day subscription service for Vodacom users. The 1st day is free — after that, the service is billed daily on your Vodacom account until cancelled. We aim to reply to support queries within 2 business days.
